Should I retake SAT because of low CR?

I've taken the SAT twice, and I keep getting the same, low critical reading score.

Sitting 1: 2160 - 690CR, 700M, 780W essay: 12
Sitting 2: 2210 - 690CR, 770M, 750W essay: 11

Superscore: 2240 - 690CR, 770M, 780W essay: 12

I would really like to go to Ivies, Stanford, Pomona, etc., but my critical reading score is (really) bad. My GPA is a 4.0 unweighted; I'm not a slacker in school. I'm also interested in studying psychology or statistics in college, so I'm more math/social science oriented. Should I retake the SAT for the third time in the fall? I'm conflicted. :/

If you really want to go to Ivies and Stanford, you probably want to bring up your SAT score anyway.

u should! there’s room for improvement for math as well
practice more!
