So I took the SAT II's in June, Chem and Bio M. I got a 770 on Chem, which I was happy with. But now that I can see what that means, percentile-wise, I'm questioning it. According to the score report my score is at the 80th percentile. My other score is 94th. I'm not applying to Ivies or anything, but definitely good schools, and I'm not sure this is a good representation of what I know in Chem. (I'm for sure going into the sciences) Should I retake it this fall?

Well even an 800 for chem is only 91st percentile, so improving your score 30 points won’t even make a big difference. A 770 is a very good score even for Ivies, so don’t bother retaking.

i got a 740 and i know i can do better… should i retake? looking for ivies
