should i retake SAT or SAT IIs

so let me preface this with some quick facts about me

national merit semifinalist
3.5 GPA at academically rigourous school (top 10% class rank)
8 APs
took sat IIs AS A SOPHOMORE
math 1- 730
math 2- 740
chem- 740

took SAT as junior 2030
crit- 630
math- 700
writ- 700

took SAT in Oct. 2070
crit- 670
math- 800
writ- 600

superscore (so far?) 2170 (1470/1600)
crit- 670
math- 800
writ 700

so my idea is, that in a week, im going to walk into the nov test and focus on 1 of either 2 things. Idea number one is i go for an 800 in SAT II math 1,2. Im sure i can get an 800 in these without even trying, as i took them as a sophomore before. idea #2 is i try to bring up my crit reading score to a 730+, and get a 1530/1600, which may open more doors for me.

the colleges im applying to are.
Northeastern (full tuition for NMF)- looking to get into honors college
Fordham (full tuition for NMSF)
Notre Dame
Vanderbilt
Bowdoin
(any suggestions?)

which one would be better off for me to take? is the 800s in the SAT IIs worth not retaking the SATs?
