Should I retake SAT2 Writing for the engineering schools?

hello.

althought i’ve already been in US for four years,
i got only 590 on SAT2 writing.
i wanna go MIT, Duke, and so on…

I wonder if I should retake SAT2 writing on Jan(standby).
I didnt really prep, and I guess if i set my mind on it during x-mas break,
i might be able to push up the score a little…

What do you guys think? should I??
if so, what kinda prep tactic(?) should I use??
