Hi everyone!
I got my SSAT results back. I got 88% verbal, 62% math, 91% reading for an 84% overall score. I understand that the math results are extremely low, but I'm in honors math at school, a straight A student, and tri-varsity, so hopefully that will help.
I'm looking at Lawrenceville and Hotchkiss. Do you think these scores will be ok or should I retake?

Join the club - 99% Verbal, 96% Reading, but a 57% in Math for an overall of 93%.
Bottom line is, if your grades are good and you’re a good athlete, they won’t particularly mind that one score. Just ace your interview and your essays, and make sure your recs are good! Be nice to your teachers - get them Christmas presents with thought behind them.

You’re right on the average for SSAT at Lville and a tiny bit below the average at Hotchkiss (87%). Just do great on your interviews/essays, and you’ll be okay.
