Should I retake the ACT? (31)

I'm planning on applying to many of the UC schools as well as USC this semester, and I'd like to know whether it would be worth taking the ACT again this month one more time; my first time was with no prep.

UC GPA: 3.67
USC GPA: 3.75
Major: Political Science

ACT Composite: 31
English: 32
Math: 28
Reading: 33
Science: 29

I've also taken the SAT and received a 1960. But when I convert the ACT to the SAT score its a good 100-150 points higher.

Should I retake the ACT?

If you do take it, it’s going to be in December. Math is rather easy to improve, so I don’t see why not! 31 should be fine for UCs

The late application is still open for October so I need to decide in the next few days whether to sign up or not. Not sure how well I’ll be able to improve the math section, its not really my best subject.

I would go ahead and retake it. Get some prep books from the library and do a bunch
of practice tests to determine the strategy that worksbest for you.
