Should I Retake the ACT?

SO here is the tea…

My score is a 34 (36 E, 35 M, 34 R, 30 S).
I took it when I was a sophomore.
As a junior, I am preparing for many programs and just doing a lot in general. A lot more than I have ever had to do in school before. I am trying to fit in time to study again but I am questioning whether it is worth the time.

Should I retake it? Is this score particularly good?
