Should I retake the SAT/ACT?

I have taken both the SAT and the ACT once. I have also taken subject tests.
SAT
Composite:2110
M:790
CR:650
W:670

ACT
Composite:34
E:33
M:34
R:33
S:35
Essay:8

Subject Tests
Math II:800
Physics:790

I am not planning on retaking my subject tests. My top choice university is MIT and I think that I need higher ACT math scores and I also want to get a higher essay score. My ACT tutor said that a 34 was good enough for any university and that I don't need to retake them. I am also debating retaking my SAT because I think I could do much better on them but I am not sure if it is worth it if I already have good ACT scores.

You don’t need to retake SAT. You should have more important things to do at this stage if you are a senior. If you want to apply for scholarships at some schools, you may consider raising your SAT CR & Writing scores for better chances. The standard test scores probably won’t be the determining factor of getting into MIT or not, IMHO.
