I just got my SAT subject test scores back. i got a 770 on bio E, 770 on chemistry, and 770 on math level 2. i wasn't sure if these are too low or if they're okay, since i'd really like to go to princeton!

on a different note, i thought it was really weird that i got the same exact score on each of them!

If you’re planning on majoring in any one of those subjects, try and bump that one up to an 800, shows that you really have passion and talent in the subject.

If I were you I’d be fine with my current results.

My highest score on a subject test was a 760 and I got in, so the scores are fine. focus on the rest of your app

Colleges know that there’s a huge percentile difference between a 630 and 640, but a 770 is basically the same thing as a 780. You’ll be fine, because anything over a 750 is great. Don’t try to bump up your scores, since you’ll be wasting time trying to kill yourself studying for three tests in order to move them up a few points.

you’re fine, don’t retake

dancemuse5, if it’s above 750, you’re fine. It gets annoying if you retake a 770 just to get 5 more questions right.

alright, thank you! it’s really good to hear that i probably don’t need to worry about taking that again. it’s such a hassle.
