Should I retake the SAT?

I'm a junior who took the Oct 9 SAT. My scores were:
CR:800
Writing:790
Math:750
Total: 2340

My math score is much lower than usual, and I know I can do better. I was, however, happy with my CR score and my overall one. Some people have advised me not to take the test again, as colleges like Harvard and Yale, who don't accept score choice, will see me as a perfectionist and test-obsessed freak. My parents contend, on the other hand, that if the averages for the top schools are in the 780s and above, people are taking the tests again and colleges like to see people push themselves for higher scores. I don't want to look weak in math, so should i take the SAT again? If I improve my math score to say, a 780, will it do more harm or good?

Thanks for your input

“Some people” are correct. Adcoms are not dumb. They KNOW that a 750 is +/- a bubble.

Take a Math subject test if you want to demonstrate strong math proficiency.

Last time I checked, Harvard accepts score choice.
