Should I retake the SATs if I want to get into these schools as a transfer?

I am thinking about applying to the following schools next year, to enter as a sophomore. Does anyone know how many transfer students any of these schools took this year?

-Dartmouth
-Brown
-Williams
-U of Chicago
-Wellesley
-Amherst
-Swarthmore
-Wellesley

I know that there are other components to the application- recs, activities, gpa, and what not, but strictly looking at standardized testing, are these scores good enough or should I try to bring them up?

SAT Reasoning:
1st sitting: 740CR, 720W, 640M
2nd sitting: 750CR, 640W, 700M

SAT Subject Tests:
US History: 740
Literature: 730
Math IIC: 710

Also, I am a spring admit at the school that I chose for my first year...will it hurt my chances that I am going to a community college for the first semester?
