Should I retake the Subject tests or just not submit?

I took Math 2 and Chemistry and got a 740 on each. I am currently planning on applying to universities such as University of Southern California, Stanford, UCLA, and UC-Berkeley. How much do these schools way subject tests? Would it be worth it taking them again at the chance that I don't get an 800 this time? I'm pretty sure that I could get an 800 on both, especially if I studied, but I don't know if that is necessary. I got a 34 on the ACT and plan on taking it again in the fall and have a 2140 SuperScore SAT (1430 two part). My unweighted GPA is 3.98/3.99 and I am a rising senior in high school. I plan on majoring in either Comp Sci or Chemistry in college. If I left anything out, let me know. Thanks!!

I don’t know how to edit, but would it be more beneficial for me to improve my SAT score or the Subject Tests if I only have time to take one of the two? I have to turn all of my apps in by December 1st because of my high school’s policies.

Sat score definitely.

SAT score counts more than subject tests. Though you are sort of just above the threshold, why not take both? Oct & Nov dates, both fall below Dec 1st. But if you have to choose one, do SAT and try to shoot for M+CR, 750+750.

I have an 800 Math, so it would just be Critical Reading I need to improve (a lot). Thanks for the tips!
