Okay so freshman year I took math II and Chinese and got 800 on both. For the June SAT I took world history and bio. Unfortunately I got 770 in Bio (but at least I got 800 in world). Should I re- take bio? From what I understand schools that want 3 test scores want a history, a math, and a science. My history and math scores are covered, but what are your thoughts?

Btw I'm a sophmore going to be a junior come september, so I should have some time for retakes - my only concern is that I might not remember the material.

It’s ridiculous to retake a 770. I got a 740 on Bio M and I’m not retaking. The difference between 770 and 800 isn’t enough to retake; plus, luck might not be on your side if you take it again.

^I disagree. You’re done with everything else, why not just take Bio again? Or, if you’re taking chem next year, aim for the 800 in that and submit. Should I retake my 780 in bio?..I wish i got a 680 so I knew for sure that I should retake lmaoo

i honestly dont think you need to retake. look at your other scores! amazing, good job. anyone who looks at your scores knows you’re smart, and the 770 was probably just bad luck (or in my case, good luck)

I think you would just be wasting your time. Plus, you’d have to study again because you will probably forgot stuff by the time you take the test again. I don’t think it’s really worth it.
