There may be EOP spots available at buff state, CortlNdt, Oneonta, Potsdam, Oswego, brockportwhere you fit in the profile. I don’t know what your relationship is like with your GC or their relationship is like with these schools. If they can advocate for you, it would definitely help.
You can even toss an application at Jefferson CC which has the Star program with Oswego: you start at Jefferson and finish at Oswego
You can apply to Corning and do the Binghamton express which is a new program that just started this year; 30 credits and a 3.0 goa and you can go to bing
