Should I self-report a self-studied 4?

I self studied one exam and got a 4 in it. I have a sophomore exam with a 4 and three 5s from this year, and I plan on reporting those since I took the classes. However, since I didnt take the class in which I got a 4, colleges have no way of knowing that I took it, so it wouldnt look like I'm hiding something if I didn't self report the score. Anyway, I am interested in HPSM and wonder if self-reporting a self-studied 4 would be beneficial or detrimental.

I am on my phone and cant figure out how to edit, but to clarify

Sophomore year
4
Junior year
5
5
5
4 - self studied.

The last one is the one that I’m not sure about

I would assume that reporting the 4 is fine. Colleges don’t consider ap scores much in the admissions process, and a 4 is still a respectable score. Furthermore, if you hid it but reported that you were a scholar with distinction, they’d more or less figure that you’re hiding the 4.

Report it. 4 is good, especially when you didn’t take a class.
