Should I self report both my SAT and ACT scores on my common app?

I took both the SAT and ACT and both of my scores are pretty much equal when you convert them, and I don’t know which to report.

SAT: 2030
CR: 720
M: 680
W:630

ACT: 31
E: 34
M: 28
R: 31
S: 31
Reading + Writing: 31

I have already taking the SAT twice but will likely take it again to improve my writing and math score, and have only taken the ACT once, but will likely take it one more time as well. Should I go ahead and self report my scores on the common app or hold off until I have retaken these tests to self report? If I were to use the scores I have now, which test should I use?
(I plan on majoring n political science, and my scores are already between the 50th and 75th percentile for most of the schools I am applying to if that makes any difference)

I just researched the same thing, you have decent scores so I don’t think it hurts to self-report. Also you have to send them in anyway so might as well.
