Should I self-study Art History and U.S. Gov and Politics

I'm a senior in H.S. is planning on majoring in International Relations and philosophy with a minor in Art History, if possible. Thus, I was contemplating self-studying AP Art History and U.S. gov and politics and maybe even comparative gov. I am alreadly taking AP French Lang, AP French Lit and AP Euro, so it would be a total of 6 APs. Would it be benefical to me? I already on PR's AP U.S. Gov and Politics, although its the 2006 edition. I own Ethel Woods, Comparative Gov guide and for AP Art history, I would buy REA and the Annointed Mona Lisa. I go to museums quite frequently and love art, so I definitely would not mind self-studying it. Any advice, will be greatly appreciated!!!

Bump!!!!!!!

Personally, I would never self study art history....

Why? (10 chars)

Right now I'm in AP art history and there is just so much information that I think it would be really hard to cover (and test) all the information in the course by myself.

I don't know anything about Art History but government and politics isn't too bad.

Definitely agree on the Do Not Self-Study Art History count. After they removed the Honors status of the Art History class, everybody except two people dropped the class. It's so much to study! Last semester, my bestie took it and I saw her struggling to study for it before the exams... And it'll be worse if you try to do it yourself.
