Should I send a 117 TOEFL score to colleges that do not require it?

Hi everyone,

I just got my TOEFL score, and was wondering if I should send it to colleges that do not require it (Such as Harvard..)
Reading: 29
Listening: 30
Speaking: 28
Writing: 30
Total: 117

(SAT Score: 2260)

P.S. This isn't one of those "is 117 a terrible score?" I'm happy with my score, but I honestly have no context to know whether it's a good idea to send it to colleges that "consider it" but do not "require" it to be sent.

Any help would be appreciated!

Generally TOEFL is used to ensure that students will be able to understand the material that is presented to them without language issues, and is never really a reason to pick one candidate over another per se.

Thanks for the input.

Btw, silly question: does ETS send the Speaking section recordings to colleges? (As in, the actual speaking responses.)

I don’t mind if they do, but I’m just curious :)
