Should I send all my SAT scores?

The June 2013 SAT scores just came back. It was my 2nd time doing them. My first time being May 2013.

May 2013
Math: 710
Reading: 670
Writing: 740
Composite: 2120

June 2013
Math: 680
Reading: 690
Writing: 720
Composite: 2090

Somehow, I managed to score lower on my second try. However, my worst score on the first one (Reading) increased from a 670 to 690, giving me a superscore of 2140.

Obviously, I will send these scores to colleges that do superscore. However, for those that don't, will a slight drop in two sections and composite, and a slight rise in one section hurt me or help me?

Best Bump NA

Obviously, you don’t expect a boost in score if you take 2 tests back to back. 2120 single sitting and 2140 superscore are fine scores that you may apply to many colleges at the top 50 level. Your CR+M is 1400 in superscore which is good.
