Should I send an ACT score of 28?

<p>I took the ACT for the first time in September with no prep whatsoever. I will not be taking it again. I got a 28, which I guess isn't terrible. However, my sub-scores are not balanced at all</p>

<p>Reading - 32
English - 32
Math - 23
Science - 24
Combined E/W- 30 (9 essay)</p>

<p>I want to major in business. I am looking at schools like Penn State, UMaryland, Boston U, Syracuse, etc. Would it hurt me to send my scores? Should I only send them to certain schools?</p>

<p>Do you have a better SAT score? If not, then I would think that you have to send your ACT score, since most of the schools you listed require either SAT or ACT.</p>
