Would I benefit from sending both or just the SAT?
No need to send both. They are roughly equivalent.
If you are applying for a STEM major, send the ACT. Otherwise send the SAT as your ACT English is a bit of an outlier.

Since your scores are so good, sending both would be fine (and some schools require applicants to submit all testing results), but if you have a choice and want to pick just one, I’d choose the SAT (because of that ACT English/Writing 29).
