Should I send both of my ACT scores?

April score: 30
English: 32
Math: 33
Reading: 24
Science: 31

June score: 31
English: 30
Math: 33
Reading: 32
Science: 28

My GPA: 3.95 unweighted

I will be applying to Purdue, A&M, UT austin for engineering among others. Those are just my top choices currently. I've already sent my June scores but do you think it will benefit me to send both scores? I've received mix responses regarding this as my reading in the first one is quite low. Also, none of those schools superscore ACT while they do for SAT (which sucks for me). My SAT was 1940 and I hated every second of it lol.

I would not send your first ACT scores because most schools, excluding the Ivy, allow you to decide which scores you want. Sending scores with a low 24 in reading versus a set of solid scores is absurd. Logically, there is no reason to send in lower scores on a test unless you’re trying to show some sort of amiable trait like honesty, but colleges are here to find the best, not the most honest. Just saying.

Well I think you shoudl send both depending on which schools superscore. If they do superscore your Superscored ACT composite will be a 32.
