I have already sent my October SAT scores to the colleges I applied to (580 - 540 -670) as well as 2 subject tests French 780 and Literature 600. I took the ACT at the end of October and got a 26 composite (28 - 21-28) with writing 28.

Does it make sense to also send the ACT scores, I looked at a converter and they are very similar to the SAT scores (the 21 in math being really low)

What do you think?

Send your highest scores. A lot of schools will only look at your highest scores regardless, even between the two different tests. However, I might ask what your reading was on the ACT as singular scores in your case might be insightful and be more beneficial vs the composite.

Thanks for getting back to me. The combined english/writing score is 28 and the writing score is 10 out of 12. I think that they send a copy of the essay to the colleges but I am not sure. The converter says that ACT 26 equals SAT 1760 (and I got 1790) so they are very close. Like I said, I already sent the SAT scores I was just wondering if it was worth sending ACT scores as well.

I want an answer to the same question!!
