Should I send both SAT scores ?

Hi guys,

I actually took the SAT two times :

Oct 2010 : CR 490 Math 620 WR 430

and

Nov 11 : CR 620 Math 680 WR 620

Should I send both scores in order to show the improvement ? Although there lays almost one year between both scores.

OK, This may be off topic, but I just encountered another problem :
In my personal statement I mention that I would love to face the challenges of a specific major, however I did not pick that major at all. I picked Undecided in Letters and Science , but in the essay I mention economics as my major. Should I now change the major to economics ?

If a college does not have Score Choice, then you must send both.

If a college has Score Choice, just self-report and send an official Score Report for the last one. Standardized testing is NOT analogous to gpa. Taking the SAT more times to get a certain score does not necessarily hurt you, but it definitely doesn’t help you.

hmm alright. I think I will just send both scores to the UC’s.

Maybe some help for the other issue ?

bump due to todays deadline :/

Do you want to major in economics? If so, change the application. If not, change the essay.

SAT reporting – if you have a choice, only send the later one.

The problem is I already submitted the application ! I may only change the major.
