Should I send college course credits to colleges before being accepted?

Commonapp has a place where you can check off how many college courses you've taken while in highschool
(actual courses not AP classes) and you can also say "Yes" or "No" to whether a transcript for that course can be
provided. They don't ask you to upload it though.

Does that mean I should request transcripts from that college to be sent to colleges I'm applying,
like how I might request a SAT score report to be sent to colleges?

Would it be a good idea to send them in the first place when the credit isn't from that college?

Yes, you need to send the transcript directly from the college. They need it just like your high school transcript- it is used in evaluation of your application.

@guineagirl96 Thank you!
Also, if that credit is from an Ivy League institute’s summer program,
wouldn’t it seem weird to send that to other Ivy Leagues since they all have summer programs of their own?
They could think “Oh, this student doesn’t consider our school as their best choice because they chose
that school’s summer program over ours”

Should my D send her transcript for the Early Enrollment course she got credit (AP Bio class she took at the high school for college credit) to every school she is applying to? Only one of the schools mentions needing the transcript. We thought she would just send them to the college she attends.
