<p>I saw on some different schools' websites that they allow applicants to send in an extracurricular resume if they choose. However, I've already filled all my activity information out on the common app. Do I still need to write a resume?</p>

<p>If you’ve already put all your important ECs in the form itself there is no need to submit additional material and you shouldn’t. Although it is not uncommon to submit additional material such as an EC resume, that is not the norm.</p>
