I applied RD, and I'm really nervous that I won't get in. I have a 3.85 UW GPA and a 4.1 W GPA, along with a 2130 on my SAT's. The horrible thing, though, is my class rank which is around top 16%. However, this semester I took 4 AP classes (I've only taken 1 AP class in the past 3 years) and got A's in all of them, which should help both my GPA and rank. But would Illinois even look at these grades and take them into consideration when it comes time for them to make a decision?

Well all A’s couldn’t hurt, though I think Illinois will not look at any additional material.

I will check again…

i remember reading somewhere on their admissions site that they will only look through junior grades, senior mid-year reports are not considered.

yeah you’re right jax, I just emailed them and they said that they won’t even look at senior year grades. thanks for the replies guys!
