I thought I was going to do poorly on my Literature SAT II, so I decided not to send in the score. But turns out I got a 700, which is pretty good. Should I send the score in or just leave it? Is saving 10 bucks worth not sending the score in?

Certainly such an achievement cannot hurt you but we do not require SAT Subject Tests nor do we expect them to be part of an application. Your best bet may be to simply self-report the result on the standardized testing portion of the Common Application.
