Should I send my ACT score?

I took the ACT this September, and while there were some variations in my subscores, including a four-point increase in math and a three-point decrease in science, my weakest sections, my composite score from June (31) stayed the same. I am quite disappointed in this outcome, as I am a senior, aka with no more chances to take the test before application deadlines in November.

I already have a SAT score of 2210 (WR-800, M-610, R-800), which I have sent to my colleges. I'm a homeschooler, if that makes a difference, but I have taken two Subject Tests and sent those to my colleges as well. My question is whether I should even bother sending either of my ACT scores, given the lackluster numbers. Any suggestions?
