should i send my ACT scores?

<p>I got a 28 on the ACT's. I am applying to schools like Syracuse, Penn State, Clemson, U Maryland. Should I send these, or will they hurt my chances?</p>

<p>Do the colleges look at the composite, or the breakdown? My breakdown is bad - reading and writing are a 32, but math and science are a 24</p>
