Should I send my average GRE score to universities?

So I recently took my GRE and I bombed them. I didn’t want to take the GRE at first because I want to apply to Korean or European Universities. But I’ve been rejected twice already so I thought maybe if I take a GRE it might help, but I couldn’t do much on it either. I scored 148 on Verbal and 142 on Quant. Now I know the scores are below average, so should I bother sending these to universities at all?

By the way I’m a computer science major so I’ll be applying to CS graduate schools.

If you are applying to graduate programs in the US, your best strategy would be to retake the GRE.

Many American universities require GRE scores for admission. No score = automatic rejection. However, 142 on the quantitative section is really really low, especially for an analytical field like computer science. Sending that would likely hurt you too. Your best option would be to re-take it.

If you are applying to graduate programs in Europe, which do not usually ask for GRE scores, I would not send them.
