Should I send my low SAT subject scores?

I’m debating whether to send my MAT II score : 680 and BIO M 740
Both are low, and when I took them before, my scores were even lower.
The colleges I applied to only recommend that I take them, but I already listed that I took the tests on my apps and submitted them before I got the scores back.
Should I send them, or if I don’t will it affect my application?

I would send Bio, but not Math II if the tests are not required and the institution participates in score choice. A 740 isn’t that bad.

A common rule of thumb I’ve seen is to send all 700+ scores for Ivy-caliber schools.
