Should I send my SAT II test scores to UVA?

<p>UVA "strongly" recommends sending two sat subject test scores as part of your application, the only problem is that i did what i feel is awful on mine. I got a 640 on math 2 and a 640 on U.S. History.
The rest of my application is pretty decent:
4.31 weighted GPA
2000 SAT (700 math, 640 reading, 660 writing)
lots of AP courses
varsity club sport
treasurer of recycling club </p>

<p>So overall i am wondering which option will cause the most harm; complying with the "strong" recommendation and sending my scores, or withholding my scores. </p>

<p>While not great they are not awful. If I had those scores I would send them. </p>

<p>The only reason i thought they where is from looking at the percentiles which put me below 40 for each, thank you though </p>
