Should I send my SATs? Please Help FAST!

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with this thing for two days, and I really need to send my scores really soon. So basically I took my SAT for a fourth time in Jan. and got:
CR-700, M-790, W-730
Before this my superscore from the three previous attempts are:
CR-650, M-800, W-760
Should I send my SAT scores from Jan? Given that it's a fourth time attempt (although the first attempt had an "accident" so that was an outlier score).
Another side note to this is that I retook the SAT American History in Dec. and received a 680 while beforehand I received something like a 720 on the same test. I thought I would improve on the History one but I did not--but really, on college apps I mostly didn't report the Hist score just because it is not one of my top 2 SAT IIs (top 3 if you count the "foreign language" which was really my first language). Most colleges didn't even see the last SAT Hist score because I sent my score report before that, and now if I send in my Jan. score then they could see that Hist. score as well.

Please give some advice. And please be quiiiick! Thanks so much!

By the way, I am an international student, so that's why I was stressing over that +50 points in the CR score, because I thought that might be kind of important.

P.S. would it be different how this could affect my apps to different types of schools? For example, the Ivy League type school vs. State universities vs. LAC's? Reach vs. "semi-safty"?
