Should I send SATs?

My GPA is very high, and I rank in the top 5% of my grade...

My SAT scores, on the other hand: 670 reading, 680 math, 740 writing

Should I send them or just not bother?

I think you should

I see that your best SAT section is writing. Unfortunately for you Wake Forest does not consider the Writing section yet as per Kaplan.

The good news is that your math/cr scores are within their accepted range for 2008.
Write a good essay !

I would send the SAT scores

I'd send them in, again they are probably average-ish for Wake Forest. That's a positive. Best of luck!

send them in. The scores are good, and I'm sure they appreciate any extra information. This is another way to let you stand out (and the scores are good for Wake). I would definitely send them in.

thanks for the advice, very helpful!

Definitely send them; Those are almost the exact same scores (even the 740 Writing!) I got in with last year. My GPA was lower than yours, but I went to a real GPA deflating HS. The combination of both is definitely a good thing- just be sure to demonstrate interest by interviewing, visiting etc. and you'll have a great shot at getting in Wake!

Best wishes on your college search, and shoot me a message if you have any questions!
