Should I send Superscore vs. Single Sitting?

I took the SAT during the beginning of the year and got
M: 800
CR: 750
W: 700
Total: 2250

So I wanted to improve my writing score at least and took the December SAT. I got
M: 700
CR: 710
W: 800
Total: 2210

I’m really happy about improving my writing score but lol I guess since I didn’t study for the other two, they went down. Since colleges prefer the idea of a single-sitting more and mainly care more about M/CR, should I just send the first test? Or do you think it’s better to send both for my superscore of 2350?

If the college superscores, then for what earthly reason would u not send it both sets of scores?
