Should I send these SAT Scores?

Hello, I was wondering if I should send these scores to my schools. My five colleges are MIT, CIT, Pennsylvania State University - University Park, Cornell, and Carnegie Mellon.

SAT 1: 530CR/710MATH/600WR(7 essay)
SAT 2: Math 1 (670 first try, 760 the next time)
Math 2 (770)
Chem (770)

I was thinking on holding back on sending my SAT 1 because of the awful CR and writing  oh well. On a side note, I still have to take two more SATs. Will sending these scores make me have to pay to send my future SAT scores? Thanks!!!

I am not sure of the current issue. If you will be taking the SAT test again, why are you not waiting for another score before sending any scores. If what you are saying is that you are applying early action or decison to the colleges you mention, then be aware:( a) Cornell and Carnegie Mellon require you to submit all SAT and all subject test scores whether you apply early decison or regular admission; (b) you cannott apply early decison to more than one college and thus you cannot apply early to both Cornell and Carnegie Mellon which have only early decison not non-binding early action, © Penn State does not use subject tess to determine admission so you will need to send an SAT score to it and need not send any others although there would be no harm in sending the math 2 and chem score; your SAT score actually is OK for Penn State but higher would still be better; (d) for both Caltech and MIT, you can send whatever scores you want to send as long as you provide an SAT and one science and one math subject test score (and in the case of Caltech that must be a math 2 score), but right now your SAT is very weak for both of those, and thus you face a real risk of rejection now if you apply early action to those.

When you order scores sent, CB will send all scores it already has for you in one order unless you choose to withold specific scores; but to send future scores, you have to do a new order.

Honestly your SAT 1 is way too low for all those schools. 1840 will be really difficult to beat. If you have a better ACT, send that. Otherwise, retest.
