Should I send these SATII scores?

I applied for scholarship consideration but I took two subj. tests in december. My scores were 740 (math II) and 670 (lit.). Should I send these? They're not anything spectacular (especially that lit score...) and I don't know if they'll even receive them in time. My other stats are:

SAT: 2140 (770 R 660 M 710 W)
ACT: 33
SAT II: 740 (USH)
GPA/Rank: 4.122 (W) 17/326

URM, low-income, applying as to LAS College as first choice and Annenberg second.

the 740 on the math II would help considering your lower SAT Math score… but not too sure about that lit score

Well, I sent them all just in case. I’m hoping they only look at the two highest, since they don’t really require them in the first place.

I was told to definitely send in SAT II scores. USC claims they are optional but they want to see the perserverance and effort…

Oh how I wish schools wouldn’t do that. they should just make them requirements.

agreed with atv :D
