OK here's the deal: I'm nearly done with all my applications. My SAT Scores have all been sent to colleges. I have a 2240 SAT (740 CR, 740 M, 760 W), 780 Literature SATII, 770 US History SATII, 710 Math Level 2 SATII. I just got my ACT scores. They are 33 composite and 8 essay.

Should I send the ACT score? I'm leaning towards no. What do you think?

according to conversion charts, your ACT score is equal or a bit higher. I would send it just to show that you're versatile or something.

the only thing you might worry about is the 8 essay, but remember: colleges can read your essay, and they are aware that SAT/ACT graders aren't always the best. so, if you feel confident with your essay, send it.

Hmm...College Board says 33 ACT=1470 SAT. Plus they hated my essay. SAT liked my essay...I got a 10. It looks like my ACT score is no better, so wouldn't I just be wasting money and not make myself look any better?
