<p>Looking back over my submitted application I noticed in the extracurriculars that they do not ask about the number of hours. I'm concerned because I don't have a ton of extracurriculars, but one of them I'm done for almost four years and 800 hrs of volunteer work. Should I send this to them? How do you send them "Updates" or add. info?</p>

<p>Tough to tell. I think the best way to express this is the list that particular extra-curricular as your #1 EC, talk about it in the 150 character EC explanation they give you and a letter of recommendation from an advisor of your club (assuming he/she has also been your teacher).</p>
