I went to a community college (CC) to get a bunch of credits to transfer to a university, but didn't actually get a degree from the CC. Now I have a bachelors and am working on a masters.

I don't show the CC on my resume because I don't actually have a degree from there, but I show it on my linkedin page under "education". Do you think it would be better to take it off? Might some people look at it unfavorably? Or do you think it doesn't matter?

My field is EE in case that makes a difference.

I don’t think it’ll really matter that significantly one way or another.

For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t put it on there because I only think it’s necessary to put what school you got a degree from. It would just take up space, and I don’t see how it really adds value to your resume. With Linkedin, space isn’t so much of an issue, but personally, I’d take it off. There’s no real point in having it there, unless you want to highlight classes you took there, but since you’re working on your masters, those classes are probably irrelevant by now. My general rule of thumb is to only put things on your resume if they add value, and I don’t really see how this does.
