should I show up to my SAT test?

I've taken the SAT Reasoning Test twice already. Once in March, and the one in October. I intentionally paid for another testing for november in case I did not break 2000 on the October test. However, when I got my scores for October. I got a 2040 on the SAT whereas in March I only got an 1810. I'm wondering whether I should show up for the test this week since I'm not sure if I really need a bigger improvement and in addition to that, I haven't studied at all. Schools I'm aiming for are UCLA, UC Berkeley, or USC. Stanford, well, I'm being realistic, I can't get in. In closing, do you think I should show up or not?

I wouldnt. Lol i had the same dilemna only for the ACT. I went however since you dont have to send all your act scores. However, if you do worse on the Sat this time you will feel bad, and if your happy with your score now I say to stick with it.

Don’t take it again unless you expect an improvement, and apparently you don’t.

What about SAT IIs? Do you need to take any of those again? If not, then I’d cancel.

If someone just do not show up for the test, will the colleges see the ‘not available’ scores.. for eg if i were to miss the december test, and i send my scores after the december test, will they see that i missed the test?

jhl, no they won’t.

is there anything I need to cancel my scores for not showing up or are they automatically cancelled?

You don’t need to do anything.
