I took the Math IIC test this past weekend, and I felt that I did well (770+ most likely). Because this is such an important test (almost every school wants this as well as a science), do you guys think I should listen to my parents and sign up late to take it over in December, just in case?

In the likely event that I did well, would I be able to cancel this/not show up without any penalty?

I know this might sound a bit dumb, but I just want to be absolutely certain that I did well, and December will be the last time I can take this...

My son is pondering the same thought about Physics, which he only needs for one school. He was pretty confident on two other tests. I don't know what to tell you or him and I know we have to decide by the 8th. I think when I looked at the CB, the cost for one subject test and late registration was about $50. If you are right about the 770, it doesn't seem worth it. My son felt very good about Math II and Chem, but kind of guessing 730 on Physics. That would seem good enough in the real world, but might cause him trouble at his reach school. I can't see anyone looking dowm on a 770, but I'm not making the decisions, unfortunately.
