On the application form, there is only little space for writing “volunteer service”. It didn’t allow me to write more in details such as " at some place".
Should I specify what volunteer service is and where I do it? Or just tell them I did volunteer service?

<p>Was it a check box? Like check here for volunteer service yes or no? There should be room to at least list a company and/or phone number. If not, use additional paper.</p>

<p>Why not say: Giirl Scouts, or Beach CleanUps, or a couple of words- if you can write volunteer service, you can write a name</p>
<p>Wud it be ok to say it like this: "Volunteered as a (nature 0f job)______ in (Name of organisation)</p>
<p>and the length of time...important, ie for 100 hours, twice a week for a year whatever</p>
