Should I stay homeschooled or go back to public school for my senior year.

Hi. So I'm kind of in a dilemma. I'm currently in the eleventh grade with 20 credits over. So if I go back to public school I'll only take 4 classes instead of six. Also, I'll go to prom, gradnite, & have a formal graduation & get to hang out with my friends like old times. But if I stay home schooled, I'll finish so much more quicker. I'll finish by this December instead of next June (which is when my public school graduates.) If I finish by December, I'll enter college a lot more quicker. But no prom and no grad night. I'll still graduate like everyone else though. Just that it'll be with strangers rather than familiar faces. & I just won't be in any senior year activities. Ugh. I just don't want to look back and regret my choice. Help....please.

Is there a reason you would be in a hurry to graduate? What are your college plans? If you want the social stuff, go back to high school and enjoy your friends!

Take college classes to accompany your high school classes so you are a stronger college candidate. Also, this will allow you to start college with new freshmen, and it will likely go easier for you.

This is a good advice for you gennieee. If there is no any reason to hurry to graduate then go for public school. At least you can enjoy your senior years that you missed in home school.
