Should I still Fill Out the Housing Contract?

I received an e-mail following my acceptance to complete the steps for Housing at UF, including choosing the residence halls that I would prefer.
However, since I am unsure as to whether or not I am going to UF, should I wait to fill out the contract? Or is this one of the first-come, first-serve bases.

You can wait till the deadline (whatever is listed in your e-mail). Your priority date is set by the $25 deposit that was placed in the Fall.

@CaliGW, where on the housing contract did you see an option to choose the residence halls you would prefer. I don;t see that on the contract.
