let me explain the situation:
I applied to emory Nov 1 for their scholars program.
second thing to know: one unique activity is I program elaborate games on my calculator (sudoku, minesweeper...)
I really like Emory, and I really want money from them. I need to get into the Scholars Program. In my original comon app, i only put a short paragraph about programming in additional info. I regret not making a bigger deal of it. Since then, for other schools, I've written a ful-fledged essay about it complete with fancy screen shots and such. I would really like to send it to emory as a supplemental material. Obviously, the deadline is 2 weeks past. Can I still send it? I mean I know many people send a letter saying what they've done since they submtted their app. and I don;'t even think my app's been processed yet. should I call and ask?

just call and ask. If they say you can send it in if you want, do it. It will in no way hurt you just shows your dedication to the school.
Some kids just apply and forget about it, so it just shows them that to you, they are more than “just” a school you’re applying to =D
