Should I still take the AP Bio test? Advice please!

I'd really appreciate any advice/feedback! I keep on changing my mind and I don't know what to do, but I really need to decide soon!

I'm a junior taking AP Chem, Stats and Psych classes at school and will be taking those AP tests for sure. I'm also trying to self-study AP Biology (using only the Cliffs book right now, but I'm only ~150 pages done and still need to read 150 pages and do 2 practice tests before I finish it.) I'm aiming for 5s on all of my tests. With only ~3 weeks left to study for AP Bio (and less for the others), should I still take the AP Bio test? Or should I just waste my $80 and not risk getting a poor score on the exam?

I know a lot of people on CC are incredibly smart and have fantastic memories who can take 10 APs in a year and get 5s on all of them. Unfortunately, I tend to procrastinate a LOT unless I'm being forced to do something (for example, if the hw assignment is due the next day; or if my teacher is requiring us to review x chapters/day). I started "studying" for AP Bio in January, but as you can see, I've wasted a lot of time with my laziness... I wish I could go back and change my behavior, but apparently I never learn the lesson to not slack off.

Some other info: I took H. Biology two years ago and enjoy biology a lot. I'm not sure what college/major I'm going to choose yet, but I'm leaning toward biochemistry or something related, possibly at UC San Diego or a similar college. (I'd love to go to Stanford, but that's obviously not happening.)

Will not taking AP Biology in high school negatively affect my chances as a possible biochem major? Any other advice and comments are really appreciated! Thanks!
