Since I was taking the AP World History test on May anyway, I thought it would be "complementary-good" to take the SAT II World History too this June (I really don't have to prepare for this because I'm preparing for AP WH already).

However, I also feel that I have taken too much SAT tests.....(3 Old SATs, 1 New SAT, 3 SAT II, including a retake, so actually 4 SAT IIs) Would this look bad on my college application? Would the college admission officers think I'm obssesed with test-taking? Should I just not take SAT II World History?
Or Should I take it?

I will make my decision upon your excellent advice.

You're only a junior and you've taken the old sat three times? How come?
I don't think four SATIIs are a problem, especially if they're in a broad range of subjects. If you think you'll do well, go ahead. But stop there!

From freshmen year, taking SAT is mandatory (though some students don't follow) in my below-average, "bad-at-teaching" school; in fact, test-fees are included in the tuition.
Since I didn't want to waste my parent's hard-earned money, I took the test each year from 9th grade to 11th grade (two times, old and new, on my current junior year). Now I think I made a big mistake by following that stupid, stupid rule, but I did show big improvements ( +120 on the second; +230 on the third) each time I took the test
Oh, I forgot something....I'm 100% going to take a SAT II language test on November. Should I still take World History on June???

P.S. I work to pay for the SAT II test fees and buy prep books.

wow, so do you have 1500s? i think a 1450 is fine for most schools, no point in bother, even if you got 1200 on SAT I the first time, you should have around 1550 right now right? or some where in the range of 1450-1550 which is really good

i am in the same boat. i am a junior and took the old SAT 3 times, the new sat once and two SAT 2's. im retaking math 2c in may and then taking the extra math IC in order to finish off 3 SAT 2's, but i am really nervous about the new SAT scores coming in. if i dont get what i need, i will be forced to retake (making it 5 times! way excessive) and that will suck major balls. i finished the old sat off with a 1470...and so itd be really really really really nice to get a 2200+ and then i could stop my SAT I journey for good.

If you think you will get a good score, you might as well take it. If you think you won't get a good score, there is little reason to bother. I can't gauge how ready you are for that test, but it seems to be mostly gain for little additional pain to take the test after you are already familiar with the subject.

Most schools will only take your highest 3 sat II scores. Even though they say they only take your highest sat scores, it still looks bad to have low ones on your application. I would advise you to stop.

If you've only taken 3 SAT IIs, you're fine. You can't ever take too many SAT IIs. Well, I guess more than 5 would be pushing it, but 5 is okay, and this will only be your 4th! So you're fine. Even taking language later will be okay. I'm taking 4 and people tell me I should take another one, so I say go for it! You will do well anyways.
