Should I study for AP Physics C or AP Bio

Hi, so the AP Biology and Physics test is tomorrow, and I'm about to start cramming.
I recently found out that the college I'm going next year won't count my AP Biology credit, but they do take the Physics C.
I'm currently enrolled in an AP Biology course, and I'm pretty sure I'd get a 4 or a 5 if I cram tonight for AP Bio ONLY.
I took physics B last year and I still remember some stuff but haven't been taking a formal Physics class this year. I think I can get a 4 if I study tonight for physics ONLY. Only the Mechanics section though.

So I've been studying for AP Bio for a while and I really want to do well on it, BUT I won't get credit. I might want to take physics in college again BUT if I study I will get credit.
This might sound really stupid but I really need advice and inputs.

Well I’m a junior but it seems obvious… you’ve already been accepted somewhere, so go with the test that might give you an exemption. You’ll have to learn biology again if you need it for your major, and if you won’t need it, then especially don’t bother cramming it.

if they dont give credit, why even go to the bio exam?
